The trip begins.. Soon.re

The dust has settled, following my move to the Gold Coast region of QLD. I know why I fly from Sydney to Brisbane. One hour in a aroeplane, the travel time to and from the airport, is better than the 10 hours to drive. Especially in a truck that rattles and is speed limited!

The boxes are now mostly up packed and the house is set up. 

 

Now I have to leave it all for four and a half months. I guess when I return I will look at all the things again, then de-clutter again.

The grass has been cut, the bathrooms cleaned. The bag has been packed, for the fifth time! The camera gear is in hand luggage. The hotel bookings are done and the aeroplanes hopefully will be flying!

I now have less than 24 hours before I start on the trip. The first stop is Sydney, of all places! Just to finish some business items.
